But honestly, these folks are really that impressive. In today’s market, with all these new suppliers popping up from nowhere, Sam and the team have consistently been the top choice.

They always go the extra mile for their customers, are transparent about stock availability and delivery times, and just overall, they’re genuinely good people.

We placed an order for an ATX Hip Thruster on a Sunday night and it arrived at our doorstep in Canberra by Tuesday afternoon, while every other company was on a new-year break.

About a month back, I bought an ATX 770 XL rack along with some extras from Sam's Fitness, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how well it's made.

Linas has been amazing to work with while putting together my entire gym setup.

A huge shoutout to Sams Fitness for giving me a top-notch customer experience and for their outstanding gym gear. I got the ATX Open Rack and was really impressed with how well it’s built.

Two of our gym cables broke. I needed a fast replacement (same specs and ends). Sam's fitness was quick to respond to my request and shipped the cables to Melbourne in just a few days.

I can't recommend these folks highly enough, especially since three other cable replacement sites I checked out didn't even bother to reply to my emails.

I grabbed some weight plates from Sam's Fitness on Thursday evening. They showed up on Monday (way quicker than I thought, especially given the current situation). The team and the delivery dude were super nice and accommodating. The weight plates are awesome, top-notch quality, and the best bang for my buck I've come across. I'll surely be shopping here again down the line!

Sam's a Totalitarian Leader! This is the ONLY online shop globally that limits shipping to Australia as a whole. "Right now, we can only send items to places in the Sydney Metro area. We're doing this to avoid having interstate deliveries held up if we end up in a full lockdown."

They’re super fast to grab your cash, but their customer service is just terrible, and the level of arrogance from Sam is downright disgraceful.

We made our payment on June 30, and got an email saying the item would ship on June 1. That never happened, and we had to chase them down, only for Francis to get aggressive and then hang up on us.

We ended up buying from somewhere else, and the item shipped within 24 hours of payment.

Sam's fitness, you’re a total joke.

My experience with this company has been absolutely fantastic. I've bought gym gear on two different occasions recently and got my orders delivered the very next day each time. Unlike other businesses that have shut down all communication and left me in the dark about my orders, Sam's has been on the ball with their customer service. From now on, I’m sticking to Sam's for all my fitness equipment needs, even if it means paying a bit extra compared to others.

This is a fantastic company run by a genuine, down-to-earth fella. I've spent quite a bit of cash with Sam over the years, and he's always treated me right, offering real, no-nonsense advice instead of just pushing his products on me.

The way he’s handled the whole covid mess shows he truly cares about folks, putting their needs first instead of just trying to sell whatever he can’t keep in stock.

So, hang tight, everyone, and let’s wait for things to get back to normal. Right now, gym equipment is super popular, and supplies are running low. I’ve noticed some folks giving him a hard time, which is just not fair. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews; check out all the positive ones instead.

I’ve already posted a review on Google, but I just had to share more. Sam has really helped me keep my sanity during this crazy time. With the c-virus, everyone’s feeling the pressure, and I can’t shake the feeling that the big corporations are just taking advantage of folks, whether on purpose or due to poor practices, making promises they can’t keep. I got burned by three different companies. Sam’s straightforward take on the situation (on his forum) and his tips on how their business is handling things, along with his no-nonsense rundown of the gear, was such a relief. And even though he’s clearly busy, Liam’s meticulousness in getting me set up has been fantastic. I’ll definitely drop another review once my squat rack and everything else is all ready to go! 😊

After a lot of thought and checking out gym equipment suppliers all over Sydney, I finally made the decision to buy a Power Rack from Sam's Fitness. They offer gear from top-notch brands (ATX, Megatec, Powertec, Barbarian) at fair prices. I went with the ATX 520 Power Rack because it has a compact design, plus I got a Barbell, weights, and a weight rack.

The delivery was spot on, arriving in less than 48 hours. The team was super helpful with all my questions. Their website is really informative and user-friendly. I like their straightforward way of explaining the equipment they sell.

I would definitely suggest buying from here, whether you're setting up a home gym or looking for commercial equipment.

I purchased a Powertec Compact Leg Sled from Sam's Fitness, and let me tell ya, the gear is fantastic. Assembly was a breeze, and it showed up in excellent shape. No issues at all.
